In order to acknowledge the untiring efforts of the mothers in the child’s growth and development, Sparsh celebrates mother’s day. On this day various competitions like, cooking show, fashion show of traditional attire, best out of waste competition are are organised.

Grandparents share a special bond with their grandchildren. Many grandparents are seen playing active role in their grandchildren’s life. Many of them come to drop and pick their grandchildren to school, while their parents are at work. Grandparents also play a vital role in installing moral values in their grandchildren. Sparsh, every year takes the opportunity to acknowledge the selfless efforts of the grandparents, by celebrating “Grandparents’ Day”. Students are engaged in preparing various craftwork for their grandparents, to be gifted on that special day.

Fathers like mother are pillars in the development of a child’s emotional well being. Studies have shown that when fathers are affectionate and supportive, it greatly affects a child’s cognitive and social development. It also instills overall sense of well being and self confidence. To celebrate the paternal bonding, a special day is observed every year as “Father’s Day”. Sparsh celebrates Father’s Day by organizing various competitions for fathers where the students are also involved. By celebrating Father’s Day, Sparsh endeavors to actively involve fathers in the educational institution of their child as well as acknowledge their efforts so far.
